From Waynesville, take Great Smoky Mountain Expressway/US-23/US-74W. Then take exit 85, East Sylva, for US-74/US-23 toward Cullowhee/NC-107. Take a right at intersection on to Business-23 toward downtown Sylva. Current Medical Services is located at 553 West Main which includes Mr. Custer's office.
From Bryson City, take Great Smoky Mountain Expressway/W US-74- E. Then take exit 85, East Sylva, and right at stop sign for US-74/US-23 toward Cullowhee/NC-107. From Franklin, take US-441 North toward Sylva and Dillsboro. Turn right at traffic signal onto BUS 23 North. Follow BUS 23 into downtown Sylva. Current Medical Services is located at 553 West Main Street which includes Mr. Custer's office.
From Cashiers, head north on Cashiers School Road/NC-1112 toward Highway 107/NC-107. Continue to follow on NC-107 and then Business 23 into downtown Sylva. Current Medical Services is located at 553 West Main Street which includes Mr. Custer's office.
